香菇鸡煲仔饭

鸡用酒,酱油,糖,葱姜腌一个小时先~~

香菇也用酒,酱油,糖 按照1:1:0.5的比例腌15分钟"Z;L/P XRpf

准备的蔬菜还有胡萝卜和可爱的小青菜,都一起放油锅里稍微炒一下,清炒~~

然后要用油锅爆香葱姜,然后加腌好的鸡炒一下,大概8成熟就好了,记得把腌香菇的汁,如果多下来的也一起加进去。

米,要先泡30分钟,然后倒掉水,用麻油拌一下,这样锅边的地方才是脆的,而且超级香哦~

水,小V用的泰国长米,大概刚刚淹没米的样子就够了,这种米不吸水~~~~然后煮到8成熟,中间可以稍微翻一下,以免上层的米不熟~]H&FtoRy@

最后加入所以的菜,再闷10分钟就好啦~~记得要把刚才的鸡汁全部淋到菜上哦,这样闷出来才有味~
